Accessibility Statement
Effective November 7, 2026Last updated November 7, 2026
Tbili should be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
1Our commitment
LIKE A KING INC. is committed to making Tbili accessible to people of all abilities and ages. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the tbilipay.com website, including these legal pages, and for the Tbili app as it is released.
Accessibility is part of how we design and build, and we review it each time we release a material change.
2Measures we take
We take the following measures:
- readable type, with body text at 18 pixels and generous line spacing, and a content width that is comfortable to read;
- strong color contrast between text and background, and text that does not rely on color alone;
- full keyboard operation, a visible focus indicator, and a "skip to content" link;
- semantic headings, landmarks, lists and tables so that screen readers can navigate;
- labels for every form field, and clear error and status messages that assistive technology announces;
- layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200 percent zoom without loss of content;
- respect for the reduced-motion setting of your device; and
- plain language, with defined terms explained where they first matter.
We test key journeys with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, browser zoom, and automated checks.
3Known limits
Some parts of the experience may not yet fully meet the standard. These include:
- third-party tools that we use but do not control, including the Payment Partner's identity verification screens and Stripe's hosted payment pages, whose accessibility is determined by those providers (we ask them to meet recognized standards and will help you use an alternative where we can);
- the Tbili app, which is not yet in app stores, and which will be tested against the same standard before release;
- some marketing media on the home page that is decorative and may not have full text alternatives; and
- documents from third parties, such as partner disclosures.
If you cannot use a part of the Service, tell us and we will give you the information or help in another way, for example a plain-text version of a document or help completing a step.
4Feedback and requests
Please tell us about an accessibility barrier through the contact form and choose the topic "Accessibility." Describe the page or feature, the problem, and the assistive technology if you use one. You do not need to give any other information. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix issues that we can as soon as practicable.
We do not publish an email address, telephone number or street address. The contact form is the only channel, and we monitor it for accessibility reports.
5Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at ada.gov or the New York State Division of Human Rights at dhr.ny.gov. This statement does not limit any right that you have under the law.
6Ongoing work
This statement is reviewed whenever we make material changes to the Service and at least once a year.
