Cancellation and Refunds

Effective November 7, 2026Last updated November 7, 2026

Cancelling a Business Plan takes a few clicks online, in your account settings. Transfers have their own federal cancellation and refund rights, which our Payment Partner provides.

1Scope

1.1

This page is part of the Agreement and applies to Business Plan subscriptions and to Transfers. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

2Business Plan subscriptions

2.1

Plans and billing. Starter is $29 per month (up to 5 Contractors), Team is $79 per month (up to 25) and Business is $199 per month (unlimited). Plans are billed monthly in USD by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

2.2

Free trial. Each Business Plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We will remind you before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the first monthly Subscription Fee.

2.3

YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME, ONLINE, IN YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS. CANCELLING IS AS EASY AS SIGNING UP: NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL AND NO SUPPORT TICKET IS REQUIRED.

2.4

When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep access to the plan until then, and you will not be charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

2.5

Confirmation. We send you a confirmation of your cancellation by email and show it in your account settings, including the date your access ends.

2.6

Refunds. Except where the law requires, Subscription Fees are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time in a paid period or credits for unused features. If a billing error occurred, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation was effective, contact us through the contact form and we will correct it and refund the amount that was charged in error.

2.7

Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel before the new price applies.

2.8

Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry and may suspend plan features until payment is made. Cancelling does not remove amounts already due for a period you used.

3Automatic renewal notices: New York and California

3.1

Under New York General Business Law Section 527-a and California's Automatic Renewal Law (Business and Professions Code Section 17600 and following), you are entitled to clear disclosure of the renewal terms, to an acknowledgment of those terms, to a reminder before a free trial becomes a paid subscription, and to cancel online. We provide each of those. See Section 17 of the Terms for the full notices.

3.2

If you are in another state, the same cancellation process applies, and any additional rights under your state's law also apply.

4Transfers: cancellation and refunds

4.1

Transfers are carried out by the Payment Partner, a licensed remittance transfer provider, and not by Tbili. Tbili does not hold your money, so refunds of Transfer amounts are issued by the Payment Partner under the Partner Terms and federal law.

4.2

30-minute cancellation right. For a personal remittance transfer, you may cancel within 30 minutes after you paid for a full refund, provided that the funds have not been picked up by or deposited into the account of the Recipient. Request cancellation in the manner stated on your receipt. The Payment Partner will refund the amount you paid, including fees, within three business days of your request.

4.3

Failed or undelivered transfers. If a Transfer cannot be completed, for example because it was rejected, could not be delivered, or was stopped by compliance review, the Payment Partner will refund the full amount you paid, including fees, as the Partner Terms and the law require. Refunds go back to the original payment method or account where possible.

4.4

Errors. If you think there was an error, notify the Payment Partner within 180 days of the stated date of availability, using the contact information on your receipt. The Payment Partner must investigate and report the results within 90 days and, if an error occurred, correct it as the law requires, by a refund or by resending the funds, at no additional cost.

4.5

Incorrect details. If you gave incorrect Recipient details, the Transfer may not be recoverable. The Payment Partner will tell you what options exist, and we will help you reach it. See Section 6 of the Terms.

4.6

Business Plan Contractor payments are made for business purposes and are governed by the Partner Terms. Where the Partner Terms provide a cancellation or refund, we will help you request it.

4.7

Tbili forwards cancellation and error notices that we receive to the Payment Partner, but the deadlines run from the time you notify the Payment Partner. Please use the details on your receipt.
